Important Notes to remember:
Print Your Agenda and bring it with you - In an effort to save money and trees, we ask that you either print your conference agenda or save it to your iPad, iPhone, laptop, etc. so that you will have access to it at the conference.
Conference Attire is Business Casual - you may want to bring a sweater as some session rooms may be a bit chilly
BYOB - Bring Your Own Bag!- We will not be providing bags this year so bring one from a previous conference.
Monday Night's Dinner on Your Own - If you are staying at the Embassy and do not have a groupt o go to dinner with, VASFAA has organized dinner on Monday night for those who would like to join a group, have dinner, meet new people and have some fun. Sign-up sheets for dinner can be found at the registration table or you can visit this site to sign up on-line: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040D4BA8AA29AB9-dinner
You will have three locations to choose from and each group will have a maximum number of 15 slots availabe so sign up soon. Groups will leave at 7pm Monday night from the hotel lobby. You will be responsible for your transportation and cost of you own meal. We hope you will use this opportunity to meet new VASFAA colleagues or catch up with olds ones!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the Conference Committee members, Presenters, and Volunteers who have and will take part in this upcoming conference. Without all of your hard work and willingness to helpout we would not be able to put on this event. Please know that each and everyone of you have played a vital role in the success of this event and I am truly grateful.
